About Us
WeeGrow Early Learning Centre is a licensed, play-based and child-led toddler program inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. We care for children ages 10–36 months and focus on nature-based art, sensory exploration, and warm, responsive relationships.

Responsibilities
Provide a safe, engaging environment for toddlers
Support child-led, play-based learning
Participate in art, sensory, and outdoor activities
Build positive relationships with families
Maintain routines and classroom flow
Follow BC Licensing regulations

Qualifications
Valid ECE, ECE Infant/Toddler certification (BC)
Current ECE Registry Licence to Practice
Valid First Aid
Criminal Record Check clearance
Experience with toddlers preferred
Warm, patient, and collaborative teaching style
