Duties ● Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards ● Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction ● Observe and assess children's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records ● Communicate effectively with guardians and co-workers alike regarding children's progress and needs ● Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing necessary accommodations ● Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and ensure a cohesive educational approach ● Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and safety ● Manage time efficiently in the workplace ensuring they are on time and can keep the children on their proper daily timeline.
