Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities based on children’s interests and needs
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, families, and team members
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum and daily routines
