A Child Centered Exploration of Mindfulness and Movement with Megan McMichael
During this workshop we will explore the tools and skills to incorporate mindfulness and movement into childcare settings. This will be an experiential workshop with participants interacting and exploring activities together. We will learn child friendly yoga poses, music/ song activities, literacy games and breathing/ regulating techniques.
