Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high quality care for children Work as a team in cooperation with multiple ECEs and under the supervision of the centre managers
Follow guidelines set out by BC Childcare Licensing Regulations Practice active supervision of children during indoor and outdoor activities Plan, maintain, and ensure an environment that protects the health, security, privacy, and well-being of children Guide and assist children in the development of daily care routines Have effective interpersonal skills with parents, children, and other staff members Plan and lead developmentally appropriate, Montessori & Reggio inspired, inclusive and high-quality programs for children.
