This workshop focuses on building a culture from the ground up to support neurodiverse children. It emphasizes aligning Center philosophy, personal beliefs, and staff collaboration. You’ll gain tools to better understand your team, foster thriving environments for children, and strengthen connections with families.

Convient pour adult Instructors/ECE administrators, ECE students, parents, intermediate and experienced early care and learning professionals working with children of all ages, from infants/toddlers to school age children, including children with extra support needs.

With a passion for nurturing young minds and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments, Jo has dedicated her career to the development of children from diverse backgrounds. Since 2003, she has been actively involved in early childhood education, bringing her expertise in neurodiversity, Reggio Emilia, inquiry-based learning, and social-emotional child development to the forefront of her practice. Her pedagogical approach is deeply rooted in the belief that every child deserves a foundation that celebrates their unique abilities and encourages their full potential and encourages children to explore, question, and discover, fostering a love for lifelong learning. Jo is also a proud mom of 5 amazing children!
