“Aansaamb aen kiskayhtaamaahk Learning Together”

In cooperation with Métis Nation British Columbia, we are excited to offer “Aansaamb aen kiskayhtaamaahk – Learning Together”, a professional learning guide and resource kit, along with an interactive professional development workshop. The Workshop is designed to help educators integrate Métis content into early years programming and create learning environments that celebrate Métis culture. We encourage early learning and childcare professionals to deepen their understanding of Métis culture and pedagogy. By incorporating Métis-specific resources, educators can foster greater awareness of Métis identity and culture among young children, families, and communities.

To register, please e-mail skccrr@ccssebc.com and provide your full name for certificate purposes, your e-mail address, the community you will be joining us from, whether you are registering as a Parent, Community Partner, or Child Care Professional, the program you work at, and any dietary restrictions you may have.
