This is a multi-day workshop. Please ensure you are available for all the dates listed below:

Online Wednesday, April 16 and Thursday April 17, 2025 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Join us as we delve into the profound impact of our perceptions of children on the outcomes of our programs. In this workshop, we will engage in deep self-reflection to uncover what we each bring to the world of early childhood education. Our beliefs and attitudes towards children significantly shape our practices.

On the first day, we will focus on intensive reflection activities, helping us understand our own perspectives and how they influence our interactions with children. The second day will be dedicated to exploring child development, setting healthy boundaries, and discussing scenarios to ensure we do not unintentionally limit the opportunities available to children as they grow.

Let’s embark on this journey together, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for both educators and children alike.
