Week 1:
Fundamentals of Kids Yoga:
Participants will be introduced to the concept of children’s yoga-how is it different and the same as adult yoga. Explore the benefits of yoga for young learners. Learn how you can teach the 8 limbs of yoga to children.

Week 2
Yoga Inspired Classrooms:
Participants will learn the ways in which they can bring yoga and mindfulness into their early learning environments through movement, music, art, sensory experiences and games. Explore ways to bring yoga into your outdoor space.

Week 3
Yoga is for Every Body:
Participants will learn how to navigate challenges that may arise when teaching yoga. How to adapt movement, breathwork and mindfulness practices to suit every learner’s needs. Explore how to create a safe, trauma informed space for every learner.
