Participants will be introduced to the concept of children’s yoga and explore the benefits of yoga for young learners. Learn how you can teach the 8 limbs of yoga to children and the ways in which you can bring yoga and mindfulness into your early learning environments through movement, music, art, sensory experiences and games. “Yogified” learning centres will be set up for participants to explore. Participants will learn how to navigate challenges that may arise when teaching yoga. How to adapt movement, breathwork and mindfulness practices to suit every learner/s needs.
