Yoga and Mindfulness for Neurodivergent Children
Participants will learn how to adapt yoga practices for children and youth who are neurodivergent. We will practice how to transform movement, breathwork and mindfulness practices to suit every learner’s needs. Explore how to create a safe, trauma informed space for everybody.
Presenter: Karen LeSage
Karen has 30 years of experience working with children from birth to nineteen years of age in child care and community settings. She is passionate about creating spaces where all people are welcome. She uses yoga, mindfulness and gratitude practices as a platform to help people connect with themselves and others and find their place in the world.
