When we Understand why and how Behaviours Occur, we can Truly make a Difference

Understanding and respecting child development will be the foundation on the workshop. We have the tendency to have expectations that children should not have challenging behaviour. Challenging behaviour is an invitation for us to look at the child from their lens and perspective. Our environments can support or stress a child. During the workshop we will explore ways that we can support children.

Presenter: Paula Milbradt is an inclusion coach who supports educators with enhancing their environments and connections with children, by supporting social and emotional brain development. She has been in the Early Childhood sector for over 28 years and is passionate about encouraging humans to unite and connect on a deeper level. Paula has worked with all ages of children, including 4 boys in their adolescent years. She is humbled to offer her perspective with you.
