Thinking with the BC Early Learning Framework when Considering our Values about Inclusion of Children with Challenging (for Us!) Behaviours

We will reflect together on our role as educators and what it means to critically reflect on our approach to children whose behaviour challenges us.  We will think with the BC Early Learning Framework (ELF), as we dive into values, and diverse philosophies, acknowledging the tensions that may unfold. Using the BC Early Learning Framework as a tool to anchor our conversations, we will deeply explore our relationships with children, who need us to listen deeply to how our environments, routines, and transitions are impacting them.
