This interactive workshop will focus on the wellness wheel as a template and model for a wholistic approach to wellness to develop resiliency and emotional intelligence. The foundation principles of spiritual, emotional, physical and mental wellness will be explored along with practices and approaches to foster balance within ourselves and our childcare settings.
This nourishing day will present the fundamental teachings of the model and provide opportunity for peer connection, personal reflection, creative expression and nourishment through catered lunch. At Taghum Hall 10:00-4:00pm April 29, 2023
