The Hundred Languages of Children
In this workshop we will explore the hundred languages we can provide children to express their ideas. This workshop will also help educators to explore various ways to promote creativity in young children and implement a child friendly curriculum. We will also discuss the importance of relationships with materials and how to promote creative expression and investigation in the classroom.
Pooja Kalsi has a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has 23 years of experience in the Early childhood field as a teacher, facilitator, supervisor, director and instructor. She is very passionate about finding ways to promote children’s creativity and expression of discovery. She currently teaches at Langara College in the ECE department.
