Supporting Families with Emotional/Mental Health Challenges
This workshop explores how a family’s emotional well-being and mental health challenges can impact a young child’s development, sense of identity, and behavior. We will discuss practical, compassionate strategies for building trusting relationships with families, supporting children who may be navigating these complexities, and creating inclusive environments that promote resilience and emotional regulation. This session will also include reflective dialogue, real-world scenarios, and time for discussion.
