Supporting Children and Families with Diverse Abilities

This workshop will introduce you to the Family Support Institute, an organization serving families, individuals and professionals supporting someone living with a disability.
• Explore the needs of families with children with diverse abilities
• Accept and value the differences of families, promote inclusion and support the confidence development of families with extra needs.
• Understand resources available for families and educators in the special needs community.
