Early Childhood Education is deeply
rewarding, but it can also be
emotionally draining.  Between addressing parent concerns, colleague dynamics, and the daily pressures of caring for young children, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or take things personally.
In this workshop, educators will:
● Develop professional boundaries that allow them to show up as their best, calm, confident, and compassionate selves, even on the most difficult days.
● Reflect and discuss practical tools for managing moments of stress and conflict rather than reacting emotionally.
● Learn how to handle challenging situations with grace while protecting their passion for this important work.
