Session 3: A Closer Look at our Relationship with our Children.

Workshop Information: Early Years Parent Workshop Series- A Closer Look at our Relationship with our Children in the areas of: Communication, Transitions and Routines and Emotional Regulation.

This 3-part parent workshop series is designed to support families of young children in the early years of development by providing practical strategies, meaningful discussion, and evidence-informed approaches that strengthen everyday interactions and relationships. The workshops focus on three foundational areas that significantly impact a child’s development and well-being: communication, routines and transitions, and emotional regulation.

Through a warm, collaborative, and family-centered approach, parents and caregivers will gain a deeper understanding of child development while learning practical tools they can immediately implement at home. Each session encourages reflection, discussion, and hands-on strategies that support children in building confidence, independence, emotional safety, and connection.

Please note: There is an individual sign up for each session.
