Session 2 A Closer Look at our Relationship with our Children.
Session 2 Workshop Information: This 3-part parent/caregiver is designed to support families of young children in the early years of development by providing practical strategies, meaningful discussion, and evidence-informed approaches that strengthen everyday interactions and relationships. The workshops focus on three foundational areas that strengthen everyday relationships. Further to this the workshops focus on three foundational areas that significantly impact a child’s development and well being: communication, routines, transitions and emotional regulatlion.
Through a warm, collaborative and family centered approach, parents and caregivers will gain a deeper understanding of child development and practical tools they can use immediately. Each session encourages reflection, discussion, and hands on strategies that support children in building confidence, independence, emotional safety, and connection.
Please note: There is an individual sign up for each session.
Presenters: Adrianna Bazijanec and Anna Giacometti are both Supported Child Development Consultants with Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living work with children and families in the communities of Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.
