Sensory Explorers: Create Your Own Nature Backpacks
In this workshop, you will discover how to build a science exploration kit for your next nature adventure. Wendy will share tried-and-tested sensory activities enjoyed by young children and share the ways and resources needed to create simple nature kits for exploring the forest, park, beach, pond and your own backyard.

Wendy is an educator with experience working with children in a variety of settings including a museum, science centre, botanical garden and a park. With extensive experience in program development and building kits made of learning materials, Wendy’s passion is helping educators by sharing her learnings and ideas through fun, interactive workshops.
