Rock Stories and More

This make and take workshop provides care providers with a resource to introduce children to nature play through a hands-on and visual learning experience. All participants will be able to paint and take home their own creations.
Children are naturally drawn to colorful rocks, and care providers will learn how to create and paint their own Rock Stories to share in their centres. The workshop also includes techniques for painting that ensure the rocks can be handled and enjoyed without the colors fading.

Hello my name is Catherine Dunford. I have 4 lovely children and have been working in the Early Childhood Education field for the past13 years. For the past 6 years I have been teaching how to paint Rock Stories in a way that you are able play with them without them fading.
