Quality Sleep in Group Child Care Settings: Infant and Toddler Focus

As societal changes increase the demand for group child care, sleep issues among infants and toddlers in these environments have become more common. This workshop prepares educators with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to support young children’s sleep in group settings, utilizing a behavioral approach. This workshop is also suitable for child care providers operating licensed family or in-home multi-age child care settings. While the primary focus is on infants and toddlers, the workshop also covers ages three to five, and the core content related to sleep science, sleep hygiene, routines, and environmental considerations is applicable across age groups.

Suitable for child care providers and child care workforce.
