Promoting Self-Regulation with the Bottom-Up Approach

well-being. From turn-taking to expressing big emotions, infants and toddlers need
significant support from educators. This workshop introduces the co-regulation role of educators, exploring the stages of
regulation development and practical strategies to meet each child’s needs through
different levels of brain engagement.
