Cultivating Reflective Teaching Practices to Embolden Joy and Meaning

Our work with young children (and their families, and our colleagues) is complex and messy. Joy results from bringing ourselves fully into that work in all of its (and our) complexity. Practices involving observation, the arts, writing, and collegial inquiry embrace those understandings. Our time together will support your engagement in the ongoing processes of listening and sharing. We hope that you’ll leave with new commitments, deepening your professionalism and connection to your work and the world.
