Navigating Difficult Interactions and Recognizing Our Impact on Others

This is a deeply reflective workshop that will explore the see-hear-speak model and identify your “mindtrap”, which impacts both your leadership and interactions within the complexity of education and child care settings.

Presenter: Haley Salvador

Haley is a Complex Trauma Clinician, Continuing Educator Instructor, and speaker who is deeply committed to supporting children, youth and the systems that care for them. With a Master’s degree in Child Study and Education from the University of Toronto and additional coursework in complex trauma and psycho-social care, Haley brings a relational, developmentally aware, trauma-sensitive approach.
