Movement Awareness and Education
I’m sure you’ve heard of how important your core muscles are to your movement and posture. How do we achieve and maintain this core strength? Does it mean we keep our core muscles engaged as we’re moving? Does it mean we perform or hold really difficult Pilates or yoga based movement(s)? Not exactly. In this workshop, you’ll learn the following about how are core muscles relevant to you as a professional in the child care industry:
How to listen to your body and identify good versus bad tightness in muscles and joints.
How to use your core muscles to help support your body in work and every day related movements.
How to relax and destress your body after a busy day at work using breathing and your core muscles.

Mark has 15+ years working in rehabilitation, health, and fitness. He loves continuously educating himself so he can better support, improve results, and minimize recovery time for his clients.
