Mindfulness for Early Years
Join Jenna, B.Kin, MEd, MA,RCC and Meditation Teacher for a hands on interactive workshop to learn how to incorporate mindfulness activities with school aged children. Each participant will receive a takeaway kit with mindfulness resources to use with early years children.
