Mental Wellness First Aid
Jenna Nickle, BKin, MEd, MA is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and is the Manager of Mental Wellness at YBC Kamloops. She is an experienced counsellor, meditation and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) Teacher. Jenna is passionate about ending stigma and helping improve mental health for children, youth and families.
MHFA Standard course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance related, mood related, anxiety and trauma related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course are well prepared to interact confidently about metal health with their family, friends, communities and workplaces.
