Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program that improves participants’ understanding of mental health issues, reduces stigma, boosts confidence in supporting others during a crisis, enhances awareness of available resources, and promotes personal mental wellness.

Location: Pandosy St. YMCA #201-2949 Pandosy Street, Kelowna BC V1Y 1W1

Pre-requisite: A 2-hour pre-work self-study module must be completed before attending the full-day course. This is sent out prior to program day.

Certificate issued upon course completion.
