Learn how Loose Parts can be turned into fun and creative materials for young children. In this workshop, presenters Susan and Ellen will provide a variety of take away items and ideas of using loose parts in the centre. Loose parts not only encourage critical skills such as open thinking, pross and fine motor development, hand-eye coordination and problem solving, but invite creativity and create endless possibilities for play.

A variety of available loose parts materials and lendable resources from the CCRR’s Richmond Early Years Library (REYL) will also be displayed.
