Kids Yoga for All Abilities
In this workshop, participants will experience an inclusive kids’ yoga class. Adaptations/modifications for all abilities will be discussed and explored. Participants will learn some basic chair yoga poses, strategies for various neurotypes, and how to set up your yoga space. We will explore how yoga and mindfulness benefit all children and how to bring these practices into the classroom.
