Presenter Bio:
Co-Active Coach known for her profound insights into the therapeutic and life-changing power of journaling. She is the co-editor and co-author of several books including The Great Book of
Journaling; Transformation Journaling for Coaches, Therapists and Clients; and Writing Alone Together.
She lives on Salt Spring Island, BC where she journals each day.
