Guiding with Care – The Emotional Regulation Pendulum
This workshop will provide empowerment tools to co-regulate symbiotically with children. It is imperative to become self-aware of internal triggers and to adopt a response-able approach when interacting with children. A response-ability approach fosters a thriving classroom climate.
We will delve into the biological and environmental factors that make our responses instinctual.
Additionally, at the end of the workshop participants will delight in the self-discovery-empowerment process.
