Fair Working Environments for ECE: Learn About Your Rights

Are you looking to better understand your rights to a fair and just workplace, this session is for you. The Justice Education Society (JES) has designated a workshop to help ECE’s, and their employers/managers navigate their legal rights and responsibilities. JES conducted a survey of over 200 ECE’s to identify common concerns and questions. Based in this feedback, a JES team of lawyers and ECE experts have created a series of workshops for employees and employers/management.

Objective *Human rights in the workplace,*How to create an inclusive workplace*What to do if you experience discrimination or harassment at work*How to provide a safe, fair and complaint workplace for employees. Learn through engaging interactive 2 hour session and get a chance to ask your questions.
