Taking Care of the Caregiver: Self Care and Team Work for ECEs

This workshop focuses on promoting the well-being of ECE practitioners by fostering meaningful connections and enhancing effective communication. Participants will explore practical strategies for setting boundaries, managing stress, and creating an inclusive, supportive team environment to prevent conflicts. Additionally, it will focus on how ECEs who take care of themselves and work in a healthy team environment contribute to creating a good early childhood program.
