In-Person – All Aboard the Felt Farm: Imagination, Storytelling, and Little Blue Truck
This interactive workshop invites educators to explore the joyful world of felt stories and discover how these tactile materials can support early literacy, language development, and social‑emotional learning. Participants will design and create their own open‑ended felt pieces inspired by farm animals and the Little Blue Truck, a story that highlights friendship, kindness, and teamwork. The workshop blends cooperation, creativity, and storytelling into a heart-forward experience that nurtures communication, belonging, and the joy of shared stories.
All the materials will be provided: templates, felt, googly eyes and felt pens/permanent markers as felt paint dries in a couple of hours.
Participants will be able to buy some felt stories after the workshop.
Bring a pair of sharp scissors.
