“Embracing Gender Diversity in Our Sites of Practice” is an interactive and engaging presentation. Elliot and Kendra use a personalized, intersectional approach to discuss the culture of gender diversity and the use of intentional language to better include gender diverse children and families. They share a compassionate perspective through personal narratives and will offer scenarios, practical applications, and thoughtfully directed dialogue to help prepare participants to embrace disequilibrium and tension when engaging in social change.
