Workshop Description
Participants will explore practical strategies to communicate with confidence, clarity, and compassion—whether navigating day-to-day conversations, providing feedback, collaborating with colleagues, or engaging with families. We will examine the importance of active listening, body language, and tone, and how to approach challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
- Through real-world scenarios and reflective discussion, educators will learn how to:
