Michelle Le – Registered Speech-Language Pathologist
Born and raised in British Columbia, Michelle completed her Bachelor of Arts at Simon Fraser University (SFU) and Masters of Speech-Language Pathology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She has previous experience working with adults in the acute care and rehab setting and currently works with children aged birth to kindergarten at SHARE Family & Community Services. She spends all her time with her husband and tuxedo cat named Torpy (because he was found on “Torpy Rd” in Prince George).
Osamu Takai – Registered Speech-language Pathologist
Originally from Japan, Samu is a landed immigrant and former early childhood educator (preschool teacher) in the Lower Mainland. He earned his PhD from the University of British Columbia. Samu has provided public speech therapy for children under age five at SHARE Family & Community Services for seven years and has offered private speech therapy for school-aged children for 14 years. His clinical interests include multilingual development, Autism Spectrum Disorder, reading development and disorders, and brain impairments. He lives with his wife, two daughters, and three cats.
