Together, we’ll explore how the 5 Love Languages: Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, and Physical Touch can be thoughtfully embodied in your practice. Discover practical ways to use the love languages to support emotional well-being, build trust, and foster a sense of belonging, while also strengthening connection and communication with families.
