
Cooking with Children
Have a class of curious chefs? This workshop looks at cooking with children aged 2-5, considerations for toddler and preschool aged cooking experiences! Workshop highlights the benefits of cooking with children, importance of process over product, risk assessment, nutrition discussion, how to make it a child-led experience, and sharing of tips & recipes!
About Ashleigh Davies
Ashleigh Davies is an early childhood educator with her bachelors in ECCE and has worked with children in a variety of roles over the last decade. Ashleigh has worked as a post-secondary instructor, leading ECE post-basic courses, and as the North Shore Community Resources CCRR assistant manager and municipal consultant. Currently Ashleigh is the head coordinator with Burnaby Continuing Education. Ashleigh presents her workshops throughout Canada, bringing her passion for ECE into every session.
