Conflict is an important part in our journey as leaders and role models in the child care space. In this workshop, we will explore myths of conflict, look at tools to help us cope with the stress and anxiety associated with conflict, and learn practical routines and strategies to navigate conflict in the classroom.

Tyler Summers, ECE, has over 30 years of experience within the child care sector with a focus on environmental and communication based best practice in the classroom. Tyler currently lives in South Surrey with his life partner and three children.
