Lobna Ajaini is a college instructor and Early Childhood Leader with a master’s in education (MPED) specializing in ECE from Western University. Recognized with multiple awards & recognitions, she founded Childhood Empowerment to support educators through workshops, leadership and advocacy. With experience as a Family Support Facilitator, Director, and Montessori French teacher, she integrates her engineering background into education while championing DEI, humanitarian and environmental initiatives.
