Coaching Leaders aims to empower early childhood program leaders by gaining confidence in their skill sets, improving the quality of their programs, and supporting positive relationships with families and staff.

This workshop will cover two modules taken from the program:
– Care Plans: In what circumstances is a Care Plan required and how to maintain one
– Temporary Placements: What to consider when applying for one
