Coaching Leaders aims to empower early childhood program leaders in gaining confidence in their skill sets, improve the quality of their programs, and support positive relationships with families and staff.

This workshop will cover two modules taken from the program:
• Reportable Incidents: Why and how we report and their importance.
• Active Supervision: What is it and how do I support and train my sta‹ in active and positive supervision.
