Coaching Leaders aims to empower early childhood program leaders to gain confidence in their skill sets, improving the quality of their programs, and supporting positive relationships with families and staff.
This workshop will cover two modules taken from the program:
– Care Plans: In what circumstances is a care plan required and how to maintain one
– Active Supervision: What is active supervision and how do I support and train my staff in ensuring active and positive supervision at all times
Created and delivered by Licensing Officers.

Please note this workshop is for all early care and learning professionals who live or work in Delta, Surrey, or White Rock.

It would be beneficial if attendees were to have a copy of the child care licensing regulations and Community Care and Assisted Living Act with them for these modules.
