Coaching Leaders

Coaching Leaders aims to empower early childhood program leaders in gaining confidence with their skillsets, improving the quality of their programs, and supporting positive relationships with families and staff. This workshop will cover two modules taken from the program:
-Reportable Incidents: Why and how we report and their importance.
-Legislation: Why we have it – it’ s intent and how to find sections for understanding
