Coaching Leaders aims to empower Early Childhood program leaders in gaining confidence with their
skillsets, improving the quality of their programs, and supporting positive relationships with families and
staff.
This workshop will cover four modules taken from the program:
– Communication: The benefits of clear communication and how it supports compliance
– Care Plans: When do you need a care plan and how to maintain one
– Complaints: How to take a leadership role in responding to all complaints
– Temporary Placements: What to consider when applying for one

Oana Nistor: I have been a Licensing Officer with Fraser Health since 2020. Previous to being a Licensing
Officer, I have worked in the ECE field for over 20 years in various positions – from ECE classroom
assistant to Manager of large corporations. I hold an ECE certificate, a Montessori Diploma, a PIDP and a
BA in Leadership.
Krista Tkachuk: I am a Licensing Officer based in the Maple Ridge office. Before Licensing, I worked in
childcare for 10+ years working in several different capacities. I am a mom to two busy young boys and
we enjoy exploring the local parks and beaches. I look forward to connecting with everyone at the
workshop!
