Children with Anxiety how we can support them in Early Childhood settings
We tend to have a lot more patience and empathy for children when they visibly appear upset or afraid. It can be a bit more challenging when the child appears angry or aggressive, yet this child is likely just as scared as the ones crying.
Patti McDougall will explain how children display their anxiety in
different ways. How we, as educators can find ways to meet them
where they are at, create and nurture an environment of safety and
collaborate to find solutions that work for everyone.
